Our clear application process
1.Submit Your Application: Look at the open positions and apply. We recommend that you explore the LinkedIn feed of our founders to understand our company, values, and products better.
2. Interviews and Test Project: If your application passes our internal review, you’ll receive an email from us to set up an initial Google Meet interview.
You may also be asked to complete a test project to showcase your technical skills and communication. Depending on the outcome, you might be invited to one additional interview with other members of the team.
3. Decision: Each application is manually reviewed. If we decide to bring you on board, you’ll receive an official job offer.
4. Onboarding and Mentorship: Before your start date, you’ll get access to a detailed project outlining your first few months at Octopus Lab. Additionally, you’ll be paired with a mentor and have an opportunity to work alongside him in person.
